Shipping:

At Western Abalone, we pride ourselves on delivering the taste of the sea right to your doorstep. Our commitment extends to ensuring our products are delivered to you fresh and in pristine condition, wherever you are in Australia. Here are our detailed shipping policies:

Delivery Costs: Our delivery costs account for processing, picking, packing, and the associated postage and freight charges.

Can and Pouch Abalone Delivery:

  • Areas Covered: We dispatch our shelf-stable products all over Australia using Australia Post parcel shipping.

  • Pricing:

    • A flat rate of $14.50 applies for the first item.

    • Additional items are charged at $3.80 each.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Within South Australia: Between 1-5 business days.

    • To All Other States' Capital Cities: Up to 5 business days.

    • For delivery estimates to other locations or more remote areas, we recommend getting in touch with Australia Post directly. Kindly factor in an additional 2 business days for processing from the time of order placement.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  • Returns:

    • Food items, due to their perishable nature, cannot be returned.

    • For merchandise items: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace merchandise items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Shells:

    • Our abalone shells are fragile. We pack them with utmost care to prevent any damage during transit. However, Western Abalone is not responsible for breakages in the post. If you wish to have insurance for your shells, please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • Return Shipping:

    • For merchandise returns: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
